ABOUT THE PROGRAM
This program is designed to maximize legs, glutes and abs muscle growth. The program is mostly directed to women, however it can be great for men who need to prioritize leg training too!
Program length: 10 weeks
Training frequency: 5 days a week (3 lower body workouts; 2 upper body workouts).
